Outside our service area
Davie is outside the PureSpec service area.
PureSpec Environmental does not currently take inspection work in Davie. Our coverage runs from Jacksonville south to the Treasure Coast and from the Atlantic to the Gulf, anchored in the Orlando metro. Every inspection is founder-performed by Daniel Melendez, and we keep coverage realistic to protect the depth of every report.
What to do next
Finding a qualified mold inspector for Davie.
Florida licenses every working mold inspector through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Look for an Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) holding a state Mold Assessor (MRSA) license, an ACAC Certified Microbial Investigator (CMI) certification, or an equivalent independent credential.
Search the official DBPR licensee directory by city or ZIP and confirm any inspector is independent of remediation work, Florida law (FS 468.8419) generally prohibits the same firm from performing the assessment and the remediation on a property. Independent third-party documentation is what stands up with insurers, lenders, healthcare providers, and counsel.
Common questions
If you are in Davie, read this first.
Why doesn’t PureSpec service Davie?
PureSpec is one inspector, founder-performed, headquartered in the Orlando metro. To keep the founder-performed model honest, we serve the geography we can reach inside a normal workweek without compromising the depth of any individual job. Davie is outside that envelope.
Will you make an exception?
We do not take inspection work in this city. For specialty document review (a CIRS workup paper review, for example, or a sample-strategy consultation), reach out by email at Info@purespecenvironmental.com. We can discuss whether a remote-only engagement is appropriate; in-person inspection is not available.
Can you refer me to someone in Davie?
We do not maintain a paid referral network. The DBPR licensee directory above is the most reliable starting point because it filters to currently-licensed inspectors. From there, ask any candidate three questions: (1) Are you independent of remediation work? (2) Will reports be performed by you personally? (3) What laboratory do you use, and is it AIHA-LAP accredited?
